focus on doing one thing at a time. write now i have ton of things in my plate and i am not working none of those things correctly. i literary getting overwhelmed by the work i need to do.

• this plan is not working doing multiple things at once.
• i lack accountability in big times

new plan is to work on a one project at a time. after finishing it move on to the next one. ideally i would like to do two projects per month but in the start lets go as one project per month.

• build the mvp publish it.
• then build up the rest of the features as iteration of the first one.
• build up the marketing pipelines and hand over to saku.
• move on to the next project.

for accountability you know what you should so lets go with it. there is no rule to build things alone and i have tried to build things alone and i didnt even build anything so go with it. also you always pass alone the work its good for pressure management but now its way out of control because i am passing down everything i do now.
